Fitness Coaching
Sarah’s programs provide Safe and Effective Exercises and Movement Strategies that promote fitness and allow her clients to do the things they love to do.
In a client’s initial session, Sarah will assess posture, movement strategies and core function to determine the best program customized to that individual. The program will take into consideration the client’s goals, budget, time and commitment levels.
For those looking to take their healthy lifestyle further and optimize other aspects, Sarah offers coaching in meditation, nutrition, and stress management.
Sarah works with individuals in person at her Wellness by Design studio. For those residing elsewhere, Sarah offers online Zoom sessions.
Individual Personal Training Session fee: $165/per 60 minute session.
